The color of the text on sign items do not correspond to the actual color of their text when placed

The Bug:

Some of the item textures for different signs/hanging signs do not properly display the default color (black) for the text when placed down. Instead, a range of different colors are used.

Expected Behavior:

All of the sign/hanging sign items would have black text, rather than different colors depending on the sign.
