CrossBow Glitches sometimes and doesnt shoot and wastes the arrow or the firework

when I try to shot with the cross bow for most of time, it glitches and doesn't shoot out plus it wastes the ammo (arrows or fireworks). and also waste time trying to kill an enemy.
