Bug whitch blocks (pictures)

Hello,
I found a bug that appeared to me in every version of minecraft: Java Edition. When I enter a world or create a new one, the outlines around the blocks far away from me appear. The outlines are similar to mark a block for breaking. Below are some pictures of this bug that I maked.
