Cannot ride horses in multiplayer - You get kicked

I had just started a server using the exe downloaded from the mojang website, and i fed a horse with tons of apples and i was spam clicking them and when they ran out, i right clicked the horse with my hand and then i was kicked from the server for: http://screencast.com/t/oyxUkEGtjs (Screenshot). Then i could not rejoin the server.
