It glitches for me when I launch minecraft and then it crashes

My mc launcher keeps glitching and then when i click 'play' my game crashes. Usually when my mc crashes i restart and then i play and usually it works but this time it doesnt and its been happening for a week. My launcher won't stop glitching and even when im on this website, it glitches
