I was mining but I couldn't pick up blocks and the blocks got restored at the same place

Yesterday I was playing minecraft java edition and I was mining but I couldn't pick up blocks and the blocks got restored at the same place due to a bug and after some time it stopped and I thought that I won't experience that bug again but it happened today also.
