Saves reverting to points before quitting game, certain chunks refusing to save after quitting world

Hello. This bug is basically the same as the last one like it I reported. The save partially reverts back to the way it was before. This time I have more proof in screenshots. Some commands disappeared or reverted to a previous version of themselves. This is the second time I have encountered this. I thought this was the end though. Strangely, it wasn't though. After pausing my game to update a bug report, and returning, I found that items that I picked up off the ground earlier (repeat command blocks) had all returned to the ground. They essentially duplicated (some in inventory, some on the ground). I have no idea how it could change between 5 mins of pausing (not closing). Also worth noting that when I quit normally for the first time (when I left the commands as I wanted), I used "Save and Quit to Title". I will include the screenshots and after posting this check to see if the world changes again. Also I have this tag from before I left the world the first time – [18:20:38] is this a time stamp of some kind? I'm assuming the hours, minutes, and seconds in military time. If you'd like, I can provide more screenshots showing these time stamps (current ones).
