Launcher crash on start Fedora linux

Im running fresh installation of minecraft on fresh installation fedora 28 and after running "./launcher" in terminal i get this error:
Invalid file descriptor to ICU data received.
Illegal instruction (core dumped)

I tried the solution here but it did not help.
