Minecraft 1.13.1 and other previous versions, cant load up the world. It freeze or not responding when joining the world, also applies to servers as well.

I don't know that happen to my computer, but one day i start playing minecraft and i start to load up my survival world, but it start to not responding or freeze minecraft. so i reinstall minecraft and it did world, and i try to reinstall java and still did not world. so i start to look on google and youtube, it doesn't help me. so i start reading the bugs that have reported on mojang, and i could found any relevant to my problem. So i start to create my own report.C an any helper or moderator fix this issue. Thank you!
