My minecraft server list and GUI (when using a chest or on multiplayer games) is not working properly.

My game seems to have a bug. The server list thing is weird. It's hard to explain so look at the attached files. And the game GUI doesn't let me click on it. I have to click and drag it for it to work. Same with using chests. I can't shift click. It's for 1.13.1 and any other Minecraft version.
