The particles such as Rain splashes create so much lag in 1.13

I went to the nether and the blazes create so much lag.  the particles are set to all. But it never lagged so much in 1.12.2!!

I tried the optifine mod but it still gives a lot of lag.

I get like 4 FPS when it's raining but when the weather is clear I get 60 FPS!!
