Block Method?

so theres a block method that allows some people can block usernames anytime, not inappropirate names. for 24 hrs, not just mojang. Before 24 hrs, they can get that name on their specific acc which they do it for OG, Semi. I've been waiting a few months now for a specific name, some kiddo just blocked it for themselves to sell it.
