[MC-136669] Minecraft crashes when i press 'Play' or while in game.

I have checked everything and i have been told that my pc is working fine and that there should be no reason for minecraft to not run properly. I have tried everything to fix the problem and each time it crashes i am given the same crash report which is posted below;
