CTRL+A is not working on AZERTY keyboards and variants

When using the AZERTY keyboard layout, the CTRL+A keyboard combinaison to select all the text in the chat text box does not work. This is happening because the A is flipped with the Q on AZERTY keyboards; thus making the CTRL+Q keyboard combinaison instead, which does selects all the text from the chat text box when pressed.
