Scoreboard objective minecraft.custom:minecraft.play_noteblock does not register when playing the Note Block

Commands used:

scoreboard objectives add NoteBlock minecraft.custom:minecraft.play_noteblock
scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar NoteBlock
scoreboard players add @a NoteBlock 0

Expectation:
Scoreboard objective should increase every time you click the Note Block

Result:
Objective amount does not increase
