[1.13] Crash launcher when entering Nether world

Crash minecraft launcher when entering world nether of 1.13 server. I tested without plugins, my launcher and other player still crashing (Server not down, just launcher). We cannot enter 1.13 server and find some way to fix it temporary is connect to lower server version and go to nether. After that go back to 1.13 server so everything ok. But i really want to fix this! Help me Mojang!
