pumpkin can't make Jack o"Lanterns

used to be able to make Jack o"Lanterns from pumpkins - very efficient. Now have extra step of first making them carved. Uses more resources - shears and axes and time - and now have to get rid of 4x as many seeds from farmed pumpkins. Worked well in version before this one. Please fix
