Errors in Illumination in Minecraft

Hi, I was doing an Invention with Commands in Minecraft 1.13.1, but when I was apparently the redstone lamps were almost black without lighting, and it happened to me in other worlds, that error became annoying because I could not see different areas of the map, Can you solve it? Here I have an Evidence (They are not black blocks, view the Image)
It was daylight .
