Minecraft first shows normal main menu then crashes and glitches out after relaunch

My minecraft keeps crashing every time I relaunch it. First it goes into Not Responding for a bit then it loads but when I click any button, it shows glitchy text and then suddenly crashes. Sometimes it just loads and also suddenly crashes. Error log is also here along with a gif  Apprently restarting fixes the problem but I don't want to restart over and over just to play Minecraft. This has been happening since I got Minecraft (2 days ago). Error Screen below
