Fishing rod line renders incorrectly after switching to a new item

I tried searching for a related issue but they all seem to be resolved from years ago. If this is a duplicate, I apologize.

After casting your rod and switching to a new item, your fishing rod line will render as if it was on the left side of the screen before disappearing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Cast fishing rod
2. Switch to a different item slot
