Villager refuse to pass over waterlogged slabs when dirt is tilled on both sides.

Villager standing on tilled dirt on one side of a line of waterlogged slabs (in upper half of the block) refuse to pass over the waterlogged slabs to the other side with tilled dirt. They can however pass over waterlogged trappdoors. Tested in single player creative and on realms.
