Piston, observer, and slime block based elevators

I built an elevator in 1.12 and it is surrounded by leaves and some note blocks. The elevator was working perfectly in previous version but when i did the 1.13 conversion it's bugged. I will attach the structure which is the 1.13  . I tried oppening the structure that has the elevator using structure blocks to have it in 1.12 but it was bugged. 

I gave as much information I could. i built actually 2 but both are bugged.
