Air in Ravines/Caves not actually air

Really easy to find.

Go into any normal ravine.

/execute if block ~ ~ ~ air

Result is "Test failed".

Same thing in caves.

Probably because they have the ability to be in water now, so they can't spawn with air, or it wouldn't work under water.

Makes commandblock work annoying tho.
