Game suddenly crashing with java.util.ConcurrentModificationException

At seemingly random intervals of playing the latest pre-release, my game is crashing with a ConcurrentModificationException, when I've never experienced this issue before. Crash seems to happen approximately every 10 minutes in the world, reports attached below.
