[Client thread/WARN]: Unable to play empty soundEvent: minecraft:entity.salmon.ambient cause game to crash and makes 1.13 unplayable

Hi,
While playing my vanilla 1.13 world after maybe like a day of playing, my game would crash after between 10-30s of loading my world, I am in an ocean biome at the time and the last message in my log is "[Client thread/WARN]: Unable to play empty soundEvent: minecraft:entity.salmon.ambient" (I get no crash reports)
I tried updating to 1.13.1-pre1 but the issue consisted, I deleted the 1.13 folders & .json then reinstalled but the issue persisted.
