Rain Can Be Seen in Unloaded Chunks in The End

I was in the end and I teleported to a random location and rain showed up before the chunks loaded. I went to the Overworld and the weather was set to rain; the sky was gray but no rain was falling because it was a superflat world with the void preset. Look at the dimension i'm in. You can see it above the XYZ cordinates line.
