Minecraft Server.jar

Hello! When I open the file "server.jar" its window opens for 2 seconds and immediately closes.

And also in the log window there is such an error:

[13:01:45 ERROR]: Exception handling console input[13:01:45 ERROR]: Exception handling console inputjava.io.IOException: Invalid descriptor

I have a dynamic IP address.

After some manipulations, this file does not close by itself, but there is still this error.

When I change the IP address value in the file "server.properties", often the file "server.jar" closes immediately. After that, I reboot the computer and change the IP address again, and finally this file does not close, but the error remains.
What does this error mean ???

Thanks for help!!!
