Effect icon glitches after switching from survival to spectator and back.

After getting into survival mode, I gave myself night vision via command. then i switched into spectator mode and the night vision icon on the screen was gone. when i went into my inventory the inventory icon for night vision was still there, showing how much time was left.  i'm pretty sure this also affects the other effects. icons.
