My MC just crash when i enter to a relam

I was breacking some black solid concrete, and then a torch where just flying in the air, after seing that i got diconected from the relam, then i re-join and my mc crashes, every time i try to enter, my mc crashes with the message at the attached file. Also for the last frame before it crashes, the screen says "Error Conecting to the Relam"
I dont know what to do and i cant play anymore at that relam for this
