Hello there. I recently found a really annoying bug in minecraft 1.13.

The bug is - glitching in water when guardian is shooting you with the beam. Basically, you just stuck in one spot and can't move.

It happens with like 50% chance and it's really frustrating. 

I hope that you'll fix it in the future.
