Minecraft Java Server crashes upon loading specific chunk

My server was running fine. me and my friend were playing it when suddenly it crashed, i checked the log and it says it is failing to load chunk 113 -259

[16:59:58] [WorldGen-Worker-1/ERROR]: Region bounds : 110 -258 | 114 -257
[16:59:58] [Server thread/ERROR]: Encountered an unexpected exception

We encountered a similar issue, except in the nether, that forced me to delete and regenerate the nether. I would rather not do that to my over world.

I have tried adding more ram (up to 8GB)
