Block placement loss

 Once I place blocks they disappear, I can keep replacing them and one or two will stay. It's almost as if the game keeps rewinding for a few seconds at a time. I've deleted two of my four worlds hoping it would help, but of course it didn't.

 Not sure whAt else to do from here. Thanks,
