Phantom's hitbox is off centre

Notice in the picture below, relative to the picture's direction:

• The debug facing line (blue, bottom) is 0.5 pixels to the right.
• The left wing is one pixel further than the right. (Near the red bounding box there is a pixel that you can see that is further away, while the right one is in the bounding box range.)
