Outgoing Whispers in Game Client on Multiplayer server are not visible in senders chat

Description:

Player A sending Player B a whisper cannot see their outgoing message in the game chat by pressing the T key. This means that players will only ever see half the conversation (the incoming side).

Precondition:

Set up local server using minecraft_server.1.13.jar.

Two players log in to server.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Send whisper to other player using: /w <PLAYER> <MESSAGE>

2) Observe.

Expected behaviour:

Game displays full conversation, both outgoing and incoming messages in game chat (visible by pressing T key by default).

Observed Behaviour:

You can view only Incoming whispers from players sending messages to you.
