Ghost chests

When placing three chests next to each other the third chest is ghost block that can be walked through. I believe this is to do with what the note says (the underlined and italicized part part).

Note: This only happens on servers that support multiple versions, but I don't know for sure because I can't find any 1.13 only servers.

Note 2: They work normally on realms
