Java Platform SE Binary has stopped responding

Just downloaded Minecraft Java Edition on Windows. Every time I start the game (game not launcher) the window will freeze and then it will pop up the not responding message. Waiting for it to respond does not do my any good (I waited a long time and nothing good happened).
