Vision problem of the horse when you mount it and change color in the view when you hurt yourself with it.

The problem is that when I train a horse in version 1.13 and I put an armor and a saddle, the horse becomes invisible and only the shadow of the horse is seen. When I hurt myself by falling, the color of the screen changes from being normal to a deep reddish tone and this color does not stop unless I restart the Minecraft from the desktop (I close it and reopen it) also if I I take off the saddle and the armor after doing fall damage, the red color remains the same.     If you need anything contact me, but I can not give you more details, this is all the problem explained, I hope I have been helpful!
