Negative coordinates are off by 1

Positive coordinates display xyz just fine but negative xyz coordinates are off by one in the x and z by what I presume is block -1 is treated like -0 in xyz position. In the screenshot the F3 menu says Block: -1 63 -800 where XYZ is -0 63 -799.
