Really low FPS in Minecraft 1.13

Heey! In minecraft 1.12.2 i reach about 200-400 FPS. Since i updated to Minecraft 1.13 my fps are 80-40. Why does this happen? Everything was fine before the update.
I meet the hardware requirements, so i expect to be eveything like it was before.

I heard that the rendering engine optimized and the fps of other people doubled, so why are mine so bad?
I hope it's just a bug or something!
