Stained glass particles are opaque

When breaking a block of stained glass or a stained glass pane, the corresponding particles are opaque instead of translucent. This is not affected by the color of the glass or glass pane. This does not affect unstained glass or unstained glass panes. This happens regardless of the Graphics setting (Fancy or Fast) or the Particles setting.
