Hardcore deleted world effects the next worlds time

The time and day flashes, the debug view shows the day skipping ahead and back.

What I expected to happen was...
time to flow normally

What actually happened was...:
day and night flash, even relogging doesn't fix it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a hardcore world
2. play for a couple of minecraft days
3. die at night

4 At the prompt within the world, delete the world

5 Go to title screen

6 Create a new world, it doesn't have to be hardcore

7 have a disco day with the time and day flashing
