Not all sensitivity percentages are available

When changing your sensitivity in the options menu, it is impossible to select certain percentages. I could not set my sensitivity to any of the following specifically:
3%, 6%, 10%, 13%, 17%, 20%, 24%, 27%, 31%, 34%, 37%, 41%, 44%, 48%, 51%, 55%, 58%, 62%, 65%, 68%, 72%, 75%, 79%, 82%, 86%, 89%, 96%, 99%.

This issue still occurs over 100% sensitivity, I just feel that the above percentages can give you enough information on the issue.
