Forever nothing usable after respawn

It's like having online connection delay, but forever and offline:

After I died inside the forest mansion, I respawned to my bed about 15000 blocks away. I cant type in anything, I cant break blocks (they're not dropping), I can't eat, can't access oven interfaces etc... 

My FPS are fine!!! (somebody duplicated this with MC-123404, but its a different issue that I cant fix!!)
