Nothing usable after respawn

After I died inside the forest mansion, I respawned to my bed about 15000 blocks away. I cant type in anything, I cant break blocks (they're not dropping), I can't eat, can't access oven interfaces etc... It's like having online connection delay, but forever and offline.

 

UPDATE: My framerate is fine those are BLOCK-LAGS!
