Ghasts not lootable

When I was killing ghasts in the nether and they are dying, sometimes their fireball is
shooting again and again and doesn`t stop to fire although the ghast is dead.

Then xps are lootable but ghast tears or gunpowder are not, they jump up and down but you
cannot take it.
