Small houses and blacksmiths in villages don't have doors

In villages, small houses (5x5 houses) and blacksmiths generate without doors. This means they are not technically houses and therefore lowers the chance that villagers will naturally breed and spawn an iron golem. In fact, I have never seen a naturally spawned iron golem.
