Fire In thin air? dirt and stone growing on trees?

Fire acting like its on top of a block that doesn't exist, instead of acting like its on a side of a tree, dirt and stone spawning with tree's, Not normal.

2 more things, fire acting like a block being mined, and plays the wool breaking sound.
