Porblem with connect to server

Always when me and my friend try to play in my server he got " Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: an existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host".

Today,I uploaded a map that my friend created in his single player this worked until he left the server and try to connect again.I dont know what to do can someone help me?
