[MC-135014] Game Crashes on Startup

When I launch the game, it either stops responding on the Mojang Screen or the Title Screen. A few times, it didn't crash, and I was able to play the game regularly for a few minutes until a crash occurred. I'm getting an error code, and I've gone through the guide but couldn't solve the issue:
