Items with Age nbt don't stack

The bug

I used the age nbt, so the items don't despawn but the age nbt doesn't make them stackable.

How to reproduce

In repeat command block

summon item ~ ~2 ~ {Age:-32768,Item:{id:"oak_sapling",Count:1b}}
